Netherlands Energy Day and Summer BBQ 2024

On 17th June 2024, the SPE-NL and PGK in collaboration with EAGE-NL will be organizing a joint event titled “Netherlands Energy Day”. The main theme of this full-day event is ‘From Fossil to the Fuel of the Future, the road ahead’. The event will be hosted at Beachclub Oscars and adjacent Carlton Beach Hotel in Scheveningen, The Hague. The day of activities will be closed with the annual (SPE-PGK) summer BBQ.

The “Netherlands Energy Day” program begins at 08:30 am with masterclasses on various subsurface topics led by industry experts, followed by poster sessions, and a live panel session with representatives from industries, government, and academia. The “Netherlands Energy Day” will be followed by the annual (SPE-PGK) summer BBQ hosted at Beachclub Oscars, adjacent to Carlton Beach Hotel. This year we will cover Geothermal E&P and CCS.
